THE DESIGN PROCESS

To begin, we schedule a free 30-minute call, where we can introduce ourselves and discuss important project details such as scope, budget, and timelines. Next, we'll have an in-person meeting at your home, where you can walk us through your vision and the areas you want to transform. We'll cover any lingering questions and additional details. Once we have completed the initial visit, we will send over a comprehensive proposal that outlines all the particulars of the project, including a cost estimate.

Get ready for the most enjoyable homework you've ever received! Our design questionnaire and Pinterest board will kick off the process, followed by measurements and a review of your responses. Next up is a design concept meeting where we'll discuss aesthetic direction, color palette, and floor plan options before delving into materials and furniture selection. During the development phase, we source and present full selections for finishes and fixtures, along with detailed design sketches and renderings (if desired) to help you visualize the proposed design.

To streamline our process, we have implemented an order and tracking system that ensures all goods are delivered at once. By utilizing a receiving warehouse, we can keep track of all furniture and materials in a timely and organized manner. We will keep you updated every two weeks so you'll always be in the loop with the design process.

We work hand in hand with the general contractor to guarantee seamless integration of our design. We keep you informed throughout the entire process to ensure that everything is completed accurately and efficiently.

We will help coordinate with the contractor through construction to ensure our design vision is executed. We will schedule a delivery day or two to bring your furniture and install the final styling elements to bring your design to life. Once everything is complete, let's give a big cheer to your stunning, renewed home!

For a more in-depth understanding of your project, we offer 60-minute paid consultations at your site where we can walk through and gather information. This allows us to put together a tailored proposal for design fees.
